Ilyena Hirskyj-Douglas is a Lecturer from The University of Glasgow who researches how to design and build novel systems for animals to access computer systems. The technology Ilyena makes focuses on animal-controlled and internet-connected systems. Her work includes systems for monkeys in zoos and dogs in the home. She looks at how to build computer systems designed to fit the animals' needs and what animals would use computer systems for.
